“Set the board”
Once the quote is accepted your complete installation program is created. This includes the requirement and logistics of the project; timeline; plus ordering the material for fascia and gutter (and if required battens)

Allocate the personnel
Our production team allocates the site supervisor responsible for on site matters throughout the project. Your trades people are also contracted at this stage.

The day prior to installation
Your Site Supervisor will carry out a site inspection to confirm it is ready for installation. The structure will be inspected for completion, along with the identification and solution to any potential issues which may affect your construction timetable.

To facilitate the installtion your supervisor will liaise with the office, the builder and trades people.

If roofing is required the site supervisor will also re-check measurements and order the appropriate material and accessories.

Day of installation
The trade contractor completes a risk assessment  and commences the installation of the fascia, gutter and battens (if required) to strict quality standards.

Post inspection
If the job is for the fascia and gutter only,  the site supervisor will conduct a completion inspection to ensure the Stoddart Group standards are upheld.

Edge protection
For OH&S requirements, edge protection is required on all sites that do not comply with height/safety criteria . Scope Safety, a subsidiary of Stoddart Group, can supply and install the fall protection system to best suit the building site.

Batten fixer
The specialist fixer will install battens to BCA standards applicable to the locality. As the battens are being installed the roofing material is delivered.

Roof installation
The allocated trade contractor installs the roofing to BCA standards applicable to the locality.

Final inspection
Your Site Supervisor returns to inspect the job is completed to Stoddart Group's standards.
